Kristie Atkins
Managing Director
A multi-award-winning commercial growth leader, Kristie has been honoured as B&T Women in Media’s Entrepreneur of the Year, AMI’s Life Member and Fellow, Australasia’s top Certified Practising Marketer and Chartered Marketer of the global Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is an AICD member and awards judge for the Australian Loyalty Association, B&T and Dragons of Asia. Kristie’s past roles include divisional MD at Village Roadshow, COO of Waivpay, CCO of Ovato and Director of Sales at Event Hospitality. She currently sits on the boards of HMRI (Chair of HMRI Foundation), Australian Marketing Institute, Azura Runway and Vennu, and recently completed a five year term on the board of Restaurant & Catering Australia.

Prataal Raj
Executive Director
A strategic and creative thinker, Prataal has led global initiatives across events, sports, tech, marketing and commercial law. He’s held senior roles including COO of ADMA, CEO Australasia of Waivpay, Chief of Strategy at the Australian Grand Prix Corporation, Head of Brand and Legal at the International Cricket Council, Secretary General of the Formula One Promoters Association and CEO of the Rugby Union Players Association. Prataal was instrumental in landmark deals including securing the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne, MotoGP in Phillip Island and creating the FIFA Fan Fest in Sydney. He combines legal, commercial and stakeholder expertise with creativity, making him a highly effective negotiator and advisor across diverse business environments.

Chief Operating Officer
A commercially focused and highly skilled finance leader, Matthew is a Chartered Accountant with two decades of experience. He has held senior roles with global agencies Omnicom, Publicis and WPP, gaining deep expertise in loyalty, promotional marketing, incentives and advertising. Known for his strategic thinking and operational excellence, Matthew blends agile and structured finance methodologies to implement best practices and reduce risk. He’s a trusted advisor on financial performance, helping teams plan confidently and deliver sustained business growth. Matthew’s passion lies in solving complex business problems, building strong internal frameworks and supporting high-performing teams with the tools they need to thrive in dynamic environments.

General Manager - Marketing
A strategic and commercially minded business leader, Jo has led high-performing brands across lifestyle, entertainment, health, hospitality, retail, FMCG and sport. A Certified Practising Marketer, she has held senior roles at Event Cinemas, West Coast Eagles, Subiaco Oval, Cash Converters and Edge (now part of Blackhawk Network), where she led some of Australia’s most successful gift card and customer engagement programs. Jo is the Membership Lead for the AMI’s Victorian State Committee and mentors emerging marketers via the Digital Jobs program. She is an exceptional communicator, passionate about culture and brand, known for driving measurable outcomes, developing talent and delivering creative strategies that connect with people.

An innovative and stakeholder-focused professional, Steve has delivered game-changing loyalty programs, campaigns and strategic partnerships. He has held senior leadership roles at Restaurant & Catering Australia, Netball NSW, Event Hospitality & Entertainment, and Red Bull. Steve thrives in collaborative environments and is known for motivating high-performance teams. A lifelong sportsman, he has also represented Australia internationally in volleyball, further reinforcing his leadership and competitive spirit. Steve brings passion, creativity and commercial acumen to every project, whether delivering multi-million-dollar programs for enterprise clients or driving measurable outcomes for SME. He is known for always going the extra mile to champion client success.

Laurie is deeply skilled in commercial strategy, go-to-market planning and the creation of scalable growth initiatives. With a collaborative and entrepreneurial approach, she thrives in agile, technology-enabled environments. Laurie is passionate about building long-term value for clients and partners, underpinned by trust, insight and exceptional service. She is regarded as a connector who helps businesses unlock new opportunities.

With two decades’ experience across GE Money, Aegis, Unified Healthcare Group and other tech-led businesses, he is known for building platforms that balance performance with customer-centricity. Stephen is the founder of international networking platform Trybz and a Director at Pacific Digital Consultants. He thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about growing teams that are not only high-performing, but purpose-led. He has been named APAC Insider’s Most Innovative Social Networking Chief for his work blending innovation with impact.
