At Wink, we are acutely aware that our remote work style, can at times, be isolating.

R U OK? Day is a cause that is close to our hearts, today and every day.

Catching up digitally, asking the hard questions and supporting each other is at the heart of being a Winkette.

It doesn’t matter where we are in the world – we look after our mates.

This R U Ok? Day we have randomly paired every Winkette to make and receive a call, so that each team member gets to hear, listen, chat and laugh with two different colleagues on a more personal level – strengthening bonds, establishing support networks and encouraging open lines of communication.

This isn’t just a one day thing.

We’re doing it regularly, to ensure our team have the support they need to survive, and thrive.

And we want to extend the same to you, our valued friends, clients and partners… are you ok?
