Last night Ashton Media presented the fifth annual CX Awards, recognising organisations who are championing the customer. 

Shortlisted amongst some pretty big names such as Qualtrics and Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Wink took home the award for Best CX Partner for our work on the Childcare Saver loyalty program we deliver in partnership with G8 Education Ltd.

To stand with such a highly esteemed peer group and take home the trophy, proves that Childcare Saver is a game-changing program, which helps Australian families save on everyday spending and childcare costs.  

And guess what? It all started with a phenomenal partnership and a desire to transform the customer experience – and that impact is still being felt today, thanks to the tireless efforts of some amazing people (you know who you all are!)  

After all, collaborative partnerships that put the customer first, are at the very heart of everything we do. From day one, we have walked in both our clients and our customers shoes – and we’re so excited to excited to see where 2023 (and beyond!) takes us next.
